Loved my stay at this hotel! It’s modern with pleasant staff and very comfortable and clean room. The care taker was lovely, always ensuring our room was cleaned with fresh water and towels every day. The valet service was a plus and we only needed to notify them 5mins before we stepped out for our car to be brought out for us. Think our only reservation was the breakfast, it was a bit basic but was good and the kitchen staff were always happy to help us with an omelet when asked. Overall was an amazing stay, will recommend and will definitely stay here if I visit Tirana again.

Quick city trip

Could have done with a coffee machine or kettle. Shampoo and shower gel were watery to say the least. Not very luxurious. Bedding was only a sheet and very hard pillows. Positives - near to town, good views and air con.

Loved the hotel, central for everything. Spa was lovely. Only negative, the cooked food at breakfast was only luke warm, by the time you sat down to eat, it was cold. Reported to staff, but nothing was done to improve . We only ate the other items at breakfast, bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel, could of been much better!!

It was a super clean hotel with a great staff, the rooms are good size and comfortable. The location is good about 15 min walk to main attractions. Breakfast was tasty but small things need to be improved: hot items get cold fast as they don’t use warmers, coffee and juice machines spills as the glasses and cups are about 1" too small so it spills and people are constantly looking for a rack to wipe it off. The AC in the room is weird it's either too hot or too cold cant seem to control the thermostat for the right temperature. Area around like the rest of Tirana so, so

We stayed in a junior suite and it was very good value and really well done. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We ate in the hotel once and the food was very good. It had a spa that we didn't use but it looked really good. All round it felt like a quality stay.

Nice clean and well maintained hotel. The staff was excellent, all smiling and polite. They took reallly good care of us. We had a room with a balcony, and that was really nice in the evenings. Recommend this hotel. Location is ok if you like to walk like we do.

I recently had an extremely positive experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the clean and modern facilities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, contributing to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The vibe throughout the property was excellent, making for a truly enjoyable stay. I am already looking forward to visiting again in the near future. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel. My 9 year old said it should be a 5starhotel and not 4 star. We had a jacuzzi in our suite and she spent most of her time there. I enjoyed the massage session and also my time at the spa. The dinner ( half board option) was the only downside as there wasnt much to eat. it was either fiah , soup and salad or chicken, soup and salad. Breakfast was basic but nice too. Walking distance to Toptani mall and access to town center.

Perfect place to stay

We loved our stay here! The location is great for walking to some of the top touristy sites. The comfort of the bed and linens were incredible. The room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated. The front desk staff were very nice and the valet took good care of our car. The breakfast was nice as well. I didn’t get to use any of the spa services this time but they looked really amazing!

Enjoyed my stay at Elisa, friendly staff and very welcoming however food at the hotel is not that great. If you pay for full board the menu is definitely not it. The only enjoyable food there was the shrimp linguine, seabass and the Belini for the cocktail. If you need food, venture out

Had a pleasant 2 night stay -clean, good location and comfortable. At first, we were a little upset with a few mistakes made by the hotel. One being the hotel didn’t respond to our enquiry a month beforehand but, the reception lady was kind enough to offer us a free upgrade to one of their best rooms which made up for it. Hotel is Within close proximity to local shop and pharmacy and city centre. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly. Also, they iron for you and guests gets a free 1 hour use of most spa facilities which is a nice bonus. Only thing is, no 24hr room service which isn’t too much of a problem but, something to bear in mind. Would definitely stay here again especially with how nice the hotel was infused with a memorable lively scent all around the building.

I had high expectations given the Meliá affiliation, but TV wasnt working well, lights kept turning off. There's no coffee machine and I couldn't sleep because of road traffic noise (2nd floor). I asked to move, but the new room was just as bad for road noise. I ended up moving to a different hotel for the final night. Polite staff though. I also didn't think the location was that great. A fair walk to some of the main attractions

Give Tirana a try it’s FAB!!!!!

Did a flying 24 hour visit to Albania and lucked out with this hotel. Wonderful . Room was fabulous with THE most amazing bathroom and bed. The location is ideal to walk to all the city attractions in Tirana and I especially liked the bar next door with a balcony just designed for people watching over a beer . £1 a pint too. Bargain! I LOVED Tirana and I loved this hotel. Felt like 5 star luxury and all for £54 for the night. Got a taxi from the airport and the driver knew exactly where to go. As an aside, if you visit Tirane you MUST visit Mount Djati , vocable car ride to the top , free mini golf , shoot rifles and paintball guns , and eat in the most spectacular restaurant at bargain prices . Do it. Book now it’s fab . And the people are SOOOOOOO friendly .

Nice,close to all but scalding hot water in shower

Mara, 21 yr old blond, at reception was a real gem. Helpful, curtious, great english, and a fantastic ambassador for the brand. She knew her job and the hotel and made us feel "at home". Matius, young new waiter also went above and beyond. 2 great employees that stand out. We have been in the cruise industry for years and could definitely see them as "staff to be noted" and rewarded it should be noted that the restaurant staff is very professional. ....the facility on the other hand was not up to par. SHOWER WATER WAS SCALDING TO THE POINT WHERE IT WAS DANGEROUS TO SHOWER AND I DIDNT . Called twice. Never fixed but told it was in order.... Found out that facility was on holiday for a week so whoever the replacement was did nothing. .. a dangerous situation... Restaurant had really nice evening menu and tasty breakfast. could have had 2 coffee makers so that people didn t have to wait. A nice stay in a pleasant area very close to the main boulevard/sites and walking distance..

Very clean and a lovely aesthetic, staff was lovely and very welcoming. The hotel was also a very easy walking distance to the city centre. The spa was also amazing and the rooms where exceptional. The only thing I would say is more of an option for the breakfast buffet would be nice but there is a lot of nice cafes around.
