Very convenient. Great breakfast.super quiet. Stayed 13 nights and thought it could be too long, but it wasn’t. Was promised room up grade but didn’t get it and “free” bottle of wine was the size of a small glass…but generally a great stay.

The room and especially the bathroom was very spacious. Very nice hotel, clean, stylish and premium vibe. The service was also very good, we were able to get late check out at 2 pm free of charge and also the airport shuttle was very easy to book from the reception and was actually cheaper than the normal taxi in the city. Recommended.

Excellent hotel and good value for money

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was the quietest hotel room I’ve stayed in in a long time and a really comfortable bed, both of which made getting good nights sleep after long days of tours effortless and very much appreciated. Room was very clean and cleaned daily throughout my 5 day stay. Lots of amenities around the hotel. Great facilities with an in house restaurant, room service and breakfast included. Good value for money as well. Very happy with my stay here and would be very happy to return here

A good hotel and fairly well positioned to walk into the city. Not a lot around the immediate area and it lacked a bit of character (like Tirana itself). The hotel was decent although a bit noisy due to the positioning of the room I was in. The bathroom also had a bit of a bad water odour (suspect the drains needed a proper clean). Staff were friendly and breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were good (a bonus as the surrounding area didn’t have many good options). Overall it was a decent hotel option if visiting Tirana

Almost Perfect

Really great hotel that's only a 15 minute straight walk to/from Skandeberg Square. The area is also nice (beside all the embassies with 24 hour security so feels really safe). Hotel is well kept, very clean and rooms are modern and comfortable. Shower design was a bit akward but that's only a minor issue. The only complaint is that breakfast was consistently cold no matter what time we went. The "hot" items are placed in serving dishes thay dont actually have any heat source so they just sit getting instantly cold. It doesn't help that the aircon in the breakfast room is set to arctic so you're sat there freezing and cant even rely on the breakfast to warm you up. Staff were very helpful and overall our stay was great. If it wasnt for the cold food, we'd have scored our stay as excellent.

Really lovely and beautiful hotel. Staff were really helpful. Arranged transfers cheaper than Hoppa allowed late check out until 2pm. It’s near embassy and we felt safe. Allowed breakfast to be taken to our rooms . Walking distance to the main square and shopping . Doesn’t have a spa or gym, although another site does. WiFi wasn’t great in the rooms, used hotspot from roaming

Disappointing Stay Despite Good Location

The hotel is located in one of the best and safest areas of Tirana, with quick and easy access to major attractions by foot. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. During my 3-day stay, I had to change rooms twice due to severe water leaks in the bathroom — both rooms had the same issue, as shown in the photos. This points to a serious maintenance problem. Breakfast was another major disappointment. Unlike most hotels that offer a buffet, here you only get a basic coffee included — everything else must be paid for separately. The quality was worse than what you'd expect from a 2-star hotel. The service was equally poor: six waiters stood around without offering any help or attention to guests. Reception was unprofessional and unhelpful, adding to the overall frustration. Although advertised as a 4-star hotel, my experience was far from it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
