"We visited on the off season so rooms were cleaned a while ago but they were not maintained. All rooms we tried had bat droppings on the bathrooms. We settled for a room that had only some, unfortunately. The woman at reception was slow and cumbersome with registering us and it took 2 hours back and forth with her asking for much information. View is beautiful and wished things were better. On peak season I would assume things would be cleaner and more streamlined."
"This is a really nice place. The directions on Expedia stated check-in was required before 6 p.m. the staff was very flexible for our 8:30 p.m. check-in. The place was a little hard to find and required a 4x4 to get up a big hill. The property staff escorted us, which was extremely helpful. I would recommend this place if you want an adventure."
