"The property is beautiful once you find it. My Google maps was having a bit of a hard time. The car climb to the entrance of the hotel is...interesting. The restaurant offers basic fare, hamburgers, tacos and such. It was nice not to have to go out for dinner if you didn't want to. Some of the restaurant staff was not very attentive but the food was good. Running out of butter for the toast at breakfast was a little hard to understand. Overall a nice stay."

"Lovely stay at the Gaia Hotel. The location is ideal and the staff was very helpful. The restaurant was excellent and accommodated my gluten issue. Gorgeous sunset views from the bar at the top of the resort. Because the resort ascends up the hill, there are lots of stone tile steps that can be tricky to navigate. Watch your step. "Great manager, she is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to reach. The place was clean and good location. Great for those on a budget not needing every amenity. If driving, back into parking lot. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. Don’t think this error in landmarks is the fault of Tico Tico though, but the reason for my 3 stars on...

"Lovely atmosphere with private feel yet still very close to beach and park. Breakfast on site was good and many places to eat within walking distance. The nature walk on property feels more 'jungle' then the trails in the park itself. We had two rooms side by side which worked well for our family of four. Pool area is very nice with shaded palapas. Trail at end of parking lot to beach which is flat and off the main road. Highly recommend if you want a smaller, quiet resort within easy walking...

"Loved our stay here!! Beautiful views, porch was a plus, air conditioning worked great, comfortable, and we own had our own parking spot right outside the door. The only small downfall is the entrance is pretty dangerous as it's hard to see cars coming from the one direction. Recommend 1000%! Our favorite stay out of the 4 places we stayed in Costa Rica!"

Parking a problem. There is suppose to be a parking lot but no signage. Parking crowed on the street All in all a nice place with easy access to everything"
