"Got a decent rate using Expedia. A lot of rooms are smallish but have very comfortable beds. Not the kind of rooms you want to spend the day in but hopefully you’re not visiting Copenhagen to stay indoors anyway. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is decent. Hotel is in a good location. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Crazy takeout burger joint across the street called Gasoline Grill. Be prepared to line up for that experience. Worth the wait though."

"Nice modern hotel on the water. 30 minuute walk to down/ Tivoli garden. Fabulous free buffet breakfast, one of the best we had. We upgraded to minisuuite., need better blinds to manage direct sunlight on windows. Very nice room otherwise."

"There is a venue across the street from the hotel that plays very loud music until 9 or 10PM. I had a lovely room, but the sound was unbearable. The staff gave me a different room that was perfectly quiet. Unfortunately, the bed and amenities in the room weren’t as nice. Wasn’t offered a partial refund for the inconvenience and lower quality room. "

"Enjoyed the views from my room on the 10th floor and picking out local landmarks I enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Beautiful design Ate breakfast every morning and ate in the brasserie one evening Food was excellent One small problem was the staff moving furniture in the area above my room late at night and early the next morning. Raised at reception. Was investigated and staff told not to repeat which is very fair."

"Check in and check out were automated so only interaction was with the bar staff. Clean, practical rooms aimed at corporate clients. Excessive charge to use swimming pool. Good location next to the water on the outskirts of town but easily walkable."
