"Restaurant in the lobby was convenient, although, there are so many restaurant options just nearby. Location of this hotel was amazing - its near the duomo, the ponte vecchio, and the train station. Staff was friendly, although, there was a wait at check out. We stayed in an inferno room which was quite large with a skylight, but had no blackout curtains for the skylight, but it was fine for us. Room smelled a little like plumbing which was offputting but bearable for a two night stay."

"Friendly reception and helpful staff Great breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, pastries, coffee variety and more! Double check transportation options for airport if leaving early morning. We felt VERY comfortable at hotel and nice to come back to clean and comfortable AC room after walking around in August day! Sites (e.g., Michelangelo's David, Brunelleschi's Dome, Uffizi gallery on north side of river all within 10-12 min walking distance as well as train station. Lots of eating and touristy...
