Staff are very efficient and courteous. The lounge area is nice with complimentary drinks. Room is small which is a normal norm, I found a disposable sleeper under the bed though, so i don’t know how their cleaning staff miss that when they cleaned our room before we check in. Otherwise I am happy to stay again.

Good Stay, Nice Hotel

Nice hotel, with good facilities include an area on the ground floor to enjoy a quick meal and complimentary drinks. Location is a bit far from JR station but relatively near Sunshine City.

Very clean and quiet. We especially loved the sitting area on the first floor with free pop and coffee. It gave us another place to be when we got home from a full day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the washroom was also lovely. I’d stay again.

Simple an Efficient with some nice design

Very nice hotel that's a bit awkward to enter. Has nicely sized and appointed rooms (queen-sized bed) with some food vending machines in the cafeteria. Would definitely consider staying here again.

It is amazing, need to walk 15 mins from JR station, service is good. Front line staffs were nice and help. They would like to kept our luggage at the hotel until next day when we come back to have another booking.

Might be hard to find at first but as long as you follow Google Maps, it will be fine. Once you get to a little pedestrian tunnel (as another reviewer mentioned) you’re almost there. It is reasonable walking distance to the JR station where there is a shopping centre, with Don quijote and pharmacies nearby. In terms of food, you can find a bunch near the JR station, or there are a couple McDonald’s in between the hotel and the station. Also 2 7-11s nearby. If you don’t want to venture out, the hotel has vending machines with food in it (don’t know if it’s good though).

Could’ve been better.

Positives: - Bed and pillows were very comfy and the double bed was worth it. - Drink bar was convenient and had good options. - 5 minute walk to Sunshine City Mall which also serves as an airport bus stop. Negatives: - It’s advertised as a 10 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station but is inaccurate. The station is very large and getting in and out of it can be confusing, adding 5-10 minutes of extra travel time. Can be tiring after a long day out. - Room had visible stains on walls and floor, and was very dusty in certain spots, such as behind the TV and behind the bed. - Odd sewage smell that came from the sink. - Size was above average for a room in Tokyo, but could really use at least another table or chair to place things on. - AC is only available in summer and heater is only available in winter. I came in April, and there were a couple of warmer nights where being able to use the AC would’ve been nice.
