Walking distance to shibuya station however, not an easy walk with luggages due to the hills and stairs. Overall, place was clean and modern.

There is no staff on site. But they do respond rather quickly to messages prior to and during the stay. The location is convenient and there’s a 7/11 right around the corner which is great. The room was a pretty good size for being in Tokyo too! Cleanliness was okay, and they have washer/heater which was great. Only thing I would’ve appreciated would be more accommodation for late checkout and receiving a little bit of mail while I stayed since there are mail boxes for each apartment.

Check in was a bit too complicated. There was a problem with them receiving my information in a timely manner. The physical check in was an adventure as well. We felt like we were on a treasure hunt for the key. Our transportation drivers both to and from the hotel could not easily find the building and could not park on the street. So we had to haul our luggage to and from the hotel for a block both times. The people who have the restaurant under the hotel are rude and we decided not eat there because they seem to dislike the people staying at the hotel for some reason. We were good guests, quiet and respectful so there is no reason for the restaurant people to be rude. The rooms were nice and clean. It was difficult to figure out how to have hot water consistently. The cleaning staff was friendly.
Set back from the street. No large signage so it was difficult to find.
Only sign to identify the property. It is very small and difficult to see from a vehicle.

Perfect stay

We had an incredeble stay in a quite roomy (for japan) aparent. It’s well kept, clean, and in a cosy quiet neighbourhood just a few minutes walking from Shibuya center. Highly recomend!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The only things I would suggest improving are the couch, as it was stained and a bit dirty, and the lock box for the key, which was a bit confusing.

To wait till last minute just to release the address is simply not mindful of the requirements of international travelers. Adresses are required for Japan entry purposes. I don’t see any reason to withhold that till last minute. Check in procedures are not required in advance but the actual address to help with logistics and planning and for Japan visitor entry.

This a great apartment for a family of 4. the space is tight since it is optimized for bed. But the plus of having a washer and a kitchen is a huge plus. We could travel light knowing that we could wash clothes. The apartment is very clean and well maintained with enough towels and napkins for us. The management company is very helpful and always provides prompt responses. The entry exit process was very well explained and seamless. A 11 mins walk to Shibuya station with a slight hill climb may be the only point to consider if you cannot walk. A 7-eleven store right by the apartment is very convenient.

Room is clean and spacious for the location and conveniently located. The area around the apartment was very quiet. About ten minute walk to the center of shibuya. Trains and buses located conveniently. Good kitchen amenities.However, no paper towels or kitchen and bathroom towels. You will need your own laundry soap to do laundry.

Lo primero que debo decir es que este alojamiento no es un hotel, es más bien un Airbnb con un check-out a las 10:00 am. Tuve una mala experiencia con la dirección, ya que cuando colocas el nombre del supuesto hotel (como ellos lo llaman), te manda a una calle paralela. Llegué tarde de la noche al punto que indicaba el mapa y duré alrededor de 40 minutos buscando y preguntando a personas alrededor y nadie conocía el nombre del alojamiento. Escribí un mensaje a un número de WhatsApp y contestaron un día después :/ . Luego de todo ese tiempo sin resultado, gracias a una de las varias personas locales a las que me acerqué, encontré una que tomó su celular con el mapa y me ayudó a buscar y, luego de 15 minutos, finalmente encontramos el susodicho "hotel". (Hasta la persona estaba confundida). Solo imaginen tener un vuelo largo para luego tomar un tren y, cuando finalmente crees que todo va bien, estás en la calle a medianoche buscando el alojamiento sin una recepción y sin nadie que te conteste. :/ A todo esto le agrego que hay hoteles de verdad más cerca de las estaciones y cruce de Shibuya a un precio mucho mejor. Solo tienes que darte una vuelta por un par de ellos y preguntar. Así que toma todo esto en cuenta antes de reservar.
