"No breakfast but having stays in four previous 3 star hotels. The Narita Gateway was by far the best overall hotel for the price! "

"The breakfast menu was basic - curry sauce, rice, baked goods, coffee, juice, yogurt. Breakfast always has a lot of people. If you get there when they open, there is a long line. I wish they had a restaurant on site. They only have Watson's store which does sell pre-packaged foods and drinks and personal items. I speak English and had a bit of trouble speaking with front desk. She and I had to use translator on our phones. They were accomodating when I had to extend my stay. The housekeeping staff were nice and friendly."

"We were placed in a smoking area again. Narita’s Toyoko Inn’s room is smaller than the one we had in Osaka. I will visit again since it is overall clean and their breakfast buffet is great. I’ll just be specific next time to make sure we get the non-smoking. I wonder if the new extension in Narita is bigger"

"Thermostat in room worked! Bidet was older model. Was hoping the breakfast buffet would have more “American” type foods for my friend with stomach issues. "
