"Unclean. Thought I was getting a one bedroom suite, there is only one room with a foldout. Breakfast is awful, tasteless eggs, stale fruit, leave juice out for hours so it doesn't stay cold. Constant problems with room key. Stay away."

"The facility is clean and well maintained, plenty of parking and well located. I was given a handicap room and it is was very dark with false windows and frosted glass and dim light behind the glass. There was 1 lamp and bed lights, but that was not sufficient to provide adequate light for this room. The TV remote did not work, they replaced it but then the TV would not turn off, it had to be unplugged. The bathroom was awkward, no vanity and the toilet paper roll would not stay in the holder....

"The most disgusting and dirtiest place I’ve stayed. It should be reported to the department of health. If they offer breakfast, DO NOT eat, God knows the state of the food and kitchen. Room #1 had a powerful smell of urine, the tv did not work, the air conditioner stuck on one setting. Room #2 when I asked to be moved smelled less like urine, but now added cigarettes. The window did not close all the way, dirty rug with stains, smudging/gunk all over the light fixtures, a fridge that hadn’t...

"This is an extremely well-run hotel. The rooms are modern and spotless. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the middle of Cornell University so you feel immersed in the campus. If you reserve a view room, you'll get a great view of the campus. I would go back there in a heartbeat. And don't forget to walk down to Collegetown Bagels -- the food there is fantastic (way more than just bagels)."

"The free breakfast was very good & the gent caring for it was pleasant and helpful. A simple tablet & pen on the desk in the room would have been appreciated for making some notes. The desk clerk said all we had to do was ask. The alarm clock was stuck at 8:20 and could not be reset. The simple to maintain air filters for the room air-conditioner were very dirty. The shower had plenty of hot water, soaps and towels and was appreciated. Many fast-food franchises were within easy walking...

"Checked in and checked right back out. Filthy, scary and looked like people lived there. Room smelled of smoke and the smoke detector was pulled off wall and missing. They should be in Expedia. Awful! There were police officers in the parking lot when we pulled in."
