"A lovely family run aparthotel in a nice peaceful neighbourhood, walking distance to all the amenities of Marina di Pietrasanta and just 5 min drive into the centre of the very attractive old town. There is also free use of bikes which is great, as there is a cycle path stretching along the coast. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely large terrace and beautiful view. The rooftop pool area was also lovely, with views of the mountains on one side and the town and sea on the...

"The photos are not what they rooms are. It is really a rundown place, where the "cottage" is ugly and poorly maintained. The way to reach the "cottages" are poorly kept. One needs a 4x4 to drive around the property. The Superior Cottage was like a shack, narrow, not properly finished, a disgrace. We were offered another one and shown the photos, which in no way reflected, once again, what we then saw. Old, narrow rooms with a strong odor of not well kept place. It is a disgrace to have this...

"Property was secure, underground parking, clean apartment. Very nice place!"

"As views go I can only say Wow!!! Ideal Place to stay with restaurants close by. Taxi dropped us off outside. The room was big for a family although the steps to the upstairs were steep for children and I was worried about my daughter falling. The only downside to this is the bathroom smell was terrible, more like fish but it made me sick. My sister in law stayed in the room below and said they had no smell."

"Troppi rumori"
