Upon arrival we were given a warm welcome from staff at the hotel. The hotel is very clean and modern. The hotel restaurant is very good offering an exquisite comprehensive menu, very reasonably priced. The staff are lovely, nothing is to much trouble. Definitely worth staying in if you go to Cherbourg.

room clean and comfortable bed, bathroom shower and bath ample hot water, there could have been more soap provided not just a tiny square. other bathroom needs good. My partner had a breakfast and said it was good and made welcome to have more. The staff, were very helpful in their respective roles. This is important when deciding where to stay. Overall, an excellent hotel in a good location. I would recommend it to others.

The night porter was very friendle and helpful

Good location close to ferry terminal. Large shopping centre across the road.

Well situated hotel close to the old town and not far from the museums, port, station etc. Good secure parking (9 spaces), reasonable price and comfortable room and bed. Two complaints; pillow was too hard, bath was too small.

Very centrally located but quiet Easy access directly from the street Cheerful and very helpful staff who also recommended places to eat 👍 10mins walk from the train station with buses nearby too Room was clean Shower was great!

A lovely quiet location to get away for a short trip. Lovely room, great restaurant, friendly staff.

Great hotel, completely renewed recently with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was also really nice with freshly pressed orange juice, homemade brioche and fruit salad among other things. Easy access to all the restaurants in the city centre.

The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. I don’t speak a lot of French but she was really understanding. The shower in the room was great and the room was very quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed, so a good nights sleep. I didn’t have breakfast but the dining area looked clean too. I was glad of the gated parking as I had my electric bike on the back of my car and felt it would be secure at night. Would definitely stay again when I next visit France.

Really nice family-run hotel, situated in a quiet side street near the main area of Cherbourg for shops, bars and restaurants, and about 30 minutes' walk from the ferry terminal. Quiet, clean and comfortable, with a delicious buffet breakfast comprising many home-made treats. A comfortable bed combined with the quiet environment and blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious, clean and well-equipped, adding to the impression of a thoughtfully furnished and...

Staff very helpful Food in restaurant excellent

Don't be put off by the 2☆ rating. This wee hotel is good. The staff are friendly, maid service prompt and efficient and location is excellent. Pretty much central in town and lot's of cafes and restaurant's on the doorstep. The rooms are clean and spacious, however a little outdated. I have stayed in 4☆'s that were worse though..The bed is comfortable. Negatives are over the weekend it gets noisy from midnight until around 3/4am due to proximity of late opening bars. Not a big issue though.....

This is a basic, budget hotel. It does exactly what is expected. The room was a good size. The beds were confortable and the bathroom perfectly functionable. It was a bit further out of town than expected, but walkable from the ferry terminaland bus station. There is a bus that goes straughts past tue door, but we made use of the hire scooters.

Pleasant stay in character hotel. Excellent location for everything. Friendly staff.

Clean, spacious rooms, helpful staff, good location.

Excellent restaurant and very convenient location
