"The hotel was nice, the bathroom had mildew around the tub and the sofa was not to my liking (may need a deep clean). I usually bring my own cleaning supplies and clean the room myself anyways( I have toddlers). Cleaning staff was around daily. I have no issues with that. Staff were excellent. Great job. Breakfast was nice, minimal but great options for the kids. (Mine eat oatmeal and fruit). Pool was freezing and the bathrooms is outside of the pool causing the floor to be wet. ( some type of absorbent ruge is my suggestion). And the daily evening cookies were great. The price was in range and the location dead on."

"I actually booked 3 nights at this location but it was so horrible it forced me to checked out prematurely. The shower walls were absolutely filthy and that’s an understatement. They were riddled with smoking stains. The shower head was just as grotesque. Bathtub floor was/is in need of a good industrial high powered steam cleaning. The sink was damaged beyond repairs with a crack in it almost a foot in length. Someone attempted to repair the sink with superglue but it looks very unprofessional. During my first hour of staying there the water pressure gave me some troubles. I turned on the faucet and nothing came out. I attempted to flush the toilet and nothing went down. I tried the faucet again and the water came out a grayish blackish color. I turned on the shower and the water came out blackish once again! In terms of the mini fridge some previous tenant scratched and graffitied all over the door. Unacceptable to say the least. Also on the red walls directly by the bed there’s a painting missing. There is also damage on the walls behind the loveseat. I told the female receptionist upon the hour on the first day of my stay. She came by and mentioned that she’d terminate her cleaner. I wasn’t impressed nor amused by this statement. And finally to top it all off there was no ironing board. Which literally forced me to go to my family reunion meet and greet wrinkled. I was so distraught by all of this I booked the “Tru by Hilton” I need a refund plz n thankU"

"New hotel with plenty of bugs to work out like extreme water pressure to the point of painful shower and ac made a lot of noise .. had to switch rooms ."

" one staff member or owner to treat me like crap after having to go replace debit card when returned one stated: "When u check out "REMOVE YOUR THINGS" never been treated so badly by any hotel employee I was really upset I had already paid for 5 nights before the 7th I had to go replace debit card which was not my fault but the way I was talked to for embarrassing and hurt me The room was Clean, everything worked except water wasn't hot enough other than that up until April 7, 2026 most staff if not all of the staff was friendly until 1 person, on April 6th my card was locked due to suspicion of fraudulent charges, so I had to go to replace my debit card which was only 2 miles down the road the morning staff understood and also put in consideration that electric went out the day before for 1 hour, later than night and next morning it was raining hard which made me need to leave later to get ID, and I'm Disabled Veteran and can't jump up in rain and leave had to wait to take medication also loosing money in washer and dryer but staff dried my clothes & told will be refunded funded for both next day told only for dryer not $3.75 for washer 2 days later never refunded for washer let's it go after allowed me to keep my things in room to go get new card paid by 2:00pm. When returned was told REMOVE UR THINGS AT check out 11:00am until 3:00pm if you stay again I am a member with Hilton, IHG, and Wyndham, none OF THOSE located here next tune I will just stay in Jackson TN"
