"The room was definitely showing its age. The wood furniture & wallpaper had a lot of bangs and chips. The room decor was dark. It was clean though and I was comfortable. I had an issue with the fridge and maintenance replaced it right away. All the employees were very kind and friendly. The lobby is cozy with a huge stone fireplace. "

"There's a bunch of restaurants nearby and stores are like a few minutes away. Definitely the perfect hotel you can stay at when you need to drop off someone at the airport. The shuttle service also came in a plus! The staff were excellent too! "

"The staff was welcoming and understanding. The room was clean, and well taken care of. The shower head and pressure were the best I have seen in a hotel. I was to be on the first airport shuttle & the driver was late. Thankfully we made it to the airport on time. Need to have coffee available all day & access to buying muffins or other items in the shop. "

"Clean room and we left before breakfast"

"Weight room was very dirty, our room was decent, but had some crumbs on the floor, the elevator and hallways smelled like weed when we were walking through. And I was disappointed in the shuttle service as we needed a shuttle exactly at 5 AM but when we got down there at 4:50 it had already left to take a group and there was another group ahead of us. Our plane left at seven so it was a little nerve-racking getting there on time if they can only take so many in the shuttle they should know that...

"The employees at the front desk, especially the assistant manager, were all so helpful and kind when my group and I checked in! We had booked three rooms and the staff were able to place all rooms near each other. Each room was very clean and spacious. I personally loved the setup of my suite that had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I was here for a dance competition and will absolutely book this hotel again for next year’s competition. "

They small towels offered for drying off were small the first two days (I assume due to full hotel). The last two days larger towels were placed in my room."
