Staff not professional and slow. Weak Wi-Fi Breakfast very poor and expensive. Infrastructure excellent. Nice coffee in the rooms from nexpresso

We have stayed 4x here and it is very convenient to main road, dog friendly, easy parking. First experience good with tapas/ bar/ dinner. 2nd just had tapas in bar. 3rd - restaurant closed but dinner served in bar, post covid seemed staffing problems, very slow service. Arrived last night after very long drive. No food. Receptionist took pity on us and made a sandwich. It was Epiphany but it’s still a hotel so the basics should be available. Won’t stay again- it’s a beautiful space with great decor but the rooms and bathroom need refurbishing.

J'ai été agréablement surpris. Très bon hôtel

Ce fût une belle étape. L'interieur est bien décoré. On s'y sent bien. Les chambres sont confortables et très bien insonorisées. On n'entend pas l'autoroute. L'acces a la piscine jusqu'à 20h. Super. Le restaurant et le petit dej ( à partir de 8h) sont corrects.

Situado en entorno, junto a la N-VI.

Ha tenido una pequeña reforma, pero sigue manteniendo su imagen original, no envejece con el paso el tiempo. Se percibe un excesivo recorte en personal, lo que redunda en un mal servicio, sobre todo en restauración y especialmente en el desayuno. Espero que sea temporal.

Simples para passar um noite.

O quarto é muito simples mas ótimo para descanso de uma noite. As áreas comuns do hotel são muito bonitas e confortáveis. O café serve umas tapas muito boas. Quando chegámos a nossa reserva não constava no hotel mas com o número foi possível resolver o problema.

Pleasant and clean.

Hotel is very nice, the bar area has a nice ambiance and menu. Very spacious and nicely decorated hotel and well laid-out. Room was very spacious. There was a hum of some sort of motor that we could hear, and the heating wasn't the best, twin beds aren't idea instead of a double. We would stay again.

4 estrellas con necesidad de cuidar detalles.

La política de tenencia de animales debería aparecer en la web, se paga por tenerlos y no puedes desfrutar de la zona verde con ellos, sólo en el parking pero el espacio verde, muy reducido en esa zona, no está limpio. Entiendo no dejar acceso a zonas interiores del hotel a perros, pero escogí el hotel por sus zonas verdes, así que no quedé muy contenta. Las toallas deberían cambiarlas más a menudo, en la habitación me dejaron un juego con los bordes raídos y necesita alguna reparación en el servicio (la cisterna deja de funcionar, después de un rato vuelve a funcionar, mañana y noche). La terraza deberían limpiarla, tenía excrementos de pájaros. Entiendo que un hotel de 4 estrellas debería cuidar estos detalles. Para la hora del desayuno se escoge turno, pero los turnos últimos no tienen la misma variedad que los primeros, dando como explicación que tarda mucho en hacerse, por ejemplo una tortilla, ofrecen otra cosa. Las camas son muy cómodas y la temperatura de la habitación fácilmente graduable. El personal es muy atento y amable. El hotel está en entorno bonito y las vistas desde la habitación merece la pena, da tranquilidad.
