"Nice place"

"Clean room , clean hotel , friendly staff .breakfast was on the cold side , travel back and forth to train gets costly ( I thought it was free shuttle) not just day your flight comes and leaves . Snacks are stupid expensive at the hotel , i understand its a Hotel but come on $10 bucks for big bag of chips is robbery , nothing is within walking distance . The train getting to union station is a plus . Overall not bad but probably wouldn't stay again"

"Good parking. We accidently broke a small nondescript glass. They charged $25 for that a bit OTT"

"1st - the front desk manager refused to honour an included extra that was clearly marked on our reservation. 2nd - we got "upgraded" from a King bed room to a larger room - but it only had a Queen bed - despite clearly booking a King bed. 3rd - when I asked to be moved to a King bed room we were given a room that smelled like a homeless shelter."

"First: It was unique in its treatment of guests. Demanded my Visa card on arrival for all incidentals, would put a $50.00 charge on it and then would refund me the diffrerence 10 -14 days later. I said No. It wasn't in any of the rental contracts. They were insistent....."No Visa, No stay here." I had to settle with giving them $50.00 cash and then getting it back the next morning upon check out. Second: The room has very poor lighting. They offer a Keurig coffee machine but you can't use is in...
