Khách sạn Tortosa

"The air conditioning unit did not work and so it was very hot overnight. It was also incredibly noisy and we had very little sleep."

"Good"

"Un hotel genial para relajarse"

"The hotel stay excellent. Modern hotel very clean and with an outdoor bar open till 11 pm in summer. Parking was a bit complicated there is street parking but it’s all full with cars from the buildings Around. The receptionist was very helpful and offered me the underground parking for only 5€. It’s narrow driving underground but being careful you can make it. And the elevator directly up to the room. Park on the side of the hotel on the ramp quickly for check in and get your key card. "Very unfriendly staff. The first room was extremely noisy. So much so it sounded like the Mann going to the bathroom in his room was using our room's bathroom . We asked to move rooms because we couldn't sleep, so they downgraded our room and sent us up to an uncleaned room. We went out, upon treatment realised that someone had been in our room (this was after the cleaning was finished before we took the room), and the back doors to the balcony did not lock.

"The rooms were outdated but clean we were only there for the night we didn’t use any amenities but there was a full kitchen with fridge microwave and I believe oven . Overall it wasn’t bad for the price"

"Buen trato, habitaciones limpias y desayuno muy bueno"
