"Staff is the best attribute to the reaort"

"It is a good property and the rooms are good, the staff is very professional, and the restaurant is very good. there is no nearby store or supermarket within walking distance. No free water in the room, and to buy bottle of water it costs $6. the prices are like US prices so every thing is expensive. No beach you can use, there is a very small sandy beach but in order to get there you have to climb 90 stairs and the water is filled with big rocks not suitable for swimming."

"The reception personnel was not very helpful. He kept looking at his watch, he didn't give us enough information on how to move about the property. Though, he made it clear that Saturday (the day we checked in) is always busy as many guests are checking out. We arrived before 4 pm, there was no portable water to drink in the room (other than the ones in mini bar ) which are chargeable. We were on "all inclusive package" but still will get charge if we consume drinks from the fridge. No snacks...

"The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay. The views are absolutely beautiful, and while the resort is quite large, the staff is always ready to take you around, which makes getting around very convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this place!"
