"The location downtown & close to shopping, the lake, & the entrance to Watkins Glen gorge trail was outstanding. A QR code check in was not expected but the female employee working the creamery stepped up to help me with the process. There was no one working a front desk & no elevator. "The room was clean and cozy. Shower could be updated, but very clean. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would stay the there again."

"people were extremely nice but room was very poor condition. bathroom very poor condition. nice staff just not a place i would stay again. the location is good, rooms need total renovation."
