"I stayed for three days, my room was never cleaned. They double charged me for my stay, despite all My complains through every single channel until now nothing was done. Breakfast this time was really poor. Very different then when I stayed there in April. What a deception."

"This hotel wasn't what we expected. The photos are deceiving, the lobby looks nice and renovated but as soon as you get into the elevator, you can see how old this property is. The room had a weird smell, carpet was old, bathroom needs updates. Everything is outdated, but our biggest disappointment ..."
