"My friend accidentally left his small bag in the entryway and it was retrieved by housekeeping and turned in at the desk. It saved us a lot of distress and time in trying to track it down and replace items. Thank goodness for their professionalism!"

Also they were telling different information on the remaining blance would be released. Also on the complimentary drinks, everything was only told to certain people. "This hotel was very unclean. The first room they gave was not clean with garbage in floor and no sheets on the bed. The front desk apologized and gave us a second room next to the first one. The second room had the bed made up but the fridge was spattered with something red all over the front. The floor was filthy, mold growing in shower, trash still in trash cans. We left and found other accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel."
