"Must be new ownership. This was my go to when staying in Franklin. The front area was disorganized, the full bar is gone and the breakfast offerings were less than before."

"This was a hotel room- plain and simple. No frills, no extra. A/C in our room did not produce at full blast so our room was a little warmer. Room was clean, hotel was very clean. TV didn’t work great but we were at the hotel just to sleep. Breakfast buffet was nice but pretty simple as well. If you need a place to stay, this will work great. If you are looking for more- probably look elsewhere."

"Our room was clean , however the worst was the water in shower ever did get warm, nor in the sink. Our phone did not work, it had been pulled out of the wall. The TV did not work as well. We were disappointed in our stay."

"The bed was very firm to sleep on and the pillows provided little support. The toilet in the bathroom would also barely flush. The ice machine was on the bottom floor which made it difficult to get ice. The TV cable did not work as well."

"The first room smelled like smoke so I had to change to another ans it was better. The a/c units seem old and noisy. The staff was ok. They charge for parking just because they can.. it’s big and open but no security or safety. It’s an ok Hilton.. a little musty and has smells to it.. the room are Big and nice and clean"

"We had to switch rooms after we arrived because our refrigerator was froze up and not cooling. Instead of just swapping out the refrigerator, they made us move rooms. The room they put us in was less than clean. There was what looked like vomit caked on the back of the sliding bathroom door. It dripped although way down onto the carpeting. The bathroom is a poor design as it shines a very bright light onto anyone sleeping while someone is in the bathroom with the frosted glass door. The shower...

"The property was not what I have come to know as the Hampton Inn chain. Typically a Hampton meets above average requirements but unfortunately this one was sub par. They put us in the wrong type of rooms even though we had reserved a specific configuration. The customer support was not supportive at all. When I travel in the future I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn. Sadly, a former Hampton Inn guest."

"For $200 a night, I expected the basics to be right. The room should have had a working fridge and microwave, and that was disappointing. The best part of the stay was the front desk staff she clearly loves her job and made the experience much better. Her customer service helped balance out an otherwise frustrating stay."

"Overall a great experience. However, 2 of the coffee cups and one spoon in the room had been previously used and not thoroughly cleaned. There was lipstick on one coffee cup and coffee residue in the other. The spoon looked as if someone had licked it off and put it back in the drawer. Other than that the beds were amazing! We slept like rocks that night. The breakfast was great the next day though more fresh fruit options would be nice."
