My only complaint is that I called in the morning for early check in and was told that we could come 1 hour early. But then our room wasn’t ready when we got there. "My daughter was travelling alone. It took 12 hours to get over the passes and she was too tired to keep going so I tried to get her a hotel. The hotel turned her down at the front desk because she did not have a physical credit card on her. It took us another hour and a half to get her to another room where I was able to sign a form over my email authorizing her to be able to use my credit card over the phone.She was scared and thought she was going to have to sleep in a parking lot overnight....

"It is actually a motel by the highway. This is very important information that is missing from the description. No gated door for the hotel; a glass window can be looked through from your room by strangers on the street, and the place is pretty run-down. Since it's in a small town in BC, I wouldn't bother staying here for the same price when something nicer is close by. "
