"Good room, nice tv, no stairs to use (or we couldn’t find them), elevator took a while sometimes. Surrounding location was ehh for tourists but you can’t beat the price."

"Good location and enough room for our family of four to fit comfortably. We enjoyed being able to eat meals using the kitchen when we wanted to and wash our clothes too. Bed and pillows were a little hard for me, but my husband liked them. Thanks for hosting us."

"If you need space, this is the place. We enjoyed the location as well as the space that gave us ample room to relax. Walkable to everything we wanted to enjoy in the Kyoto area. Washer and dryer was really hard to understand and it took a full 24hours to do one load. Stovetop did not work, and we didn't realize that until after we bought eggs, bread, butter, etc."

"There is absolutely no staff on site. Check in is done via a screen at the front door, and I saw numerous guests struggling as the person would not help them without a certain booking number (which their website didn’t give them one). Rooms are not cleaned during your stay, no staff to contact to ask questions, and seems more like an AirB&B as you are just left to it. All the negatives out the way, the hotel is ok for the price if you want simple living accommodation. Good location near a few...
