"It’s was an amazing place walking distance to every thing, but the only thing that would make it a better would be when check-in would be if they had a room with a lock that you can leave your bags if you get there early before checking in not to leave it in the foyer"

"Very spacious"

"Apartment was spacious for my family of 4. The hotel is near Shagawara metro exit 5 and is also close to the Hanshin line to interchange to get to universal stuidos. About 15 mins walk to Namba Station and Dotonbori. Safe area and having washing machine and dryer function in the room was great. Building had lifts and everything you needed to make it a comfortable stay including luggage storage. To get to Kyoto station you will need to interchange at Shin-Osaka which involves going from pink line...

"Great place. I little bit of a walk to the station, but very close to a full-size grocery store and convenience stores. Lots of food options near by. Bunk beds were great for the kids."

"The check-in process was very confusing and frustrating. The system seemed to have issues depending on which number was provided through the email, making it difficult to access my room smoothly. Unfortunately, the checkout process has been just as difficult. When trying to check out in the morning, I was instructed to enter the same number I used to access my room, but the system would not accept it. Because of this, I now have to wait for customer service just to complete the checkout...

"Minus 1 star for hard bed and only 4 small hard pillows. Another star deducted for a missing dining table, there's space but did not have one. Overall close to Dotonbori, spacious, clean."
