The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I was thrilled with my first “real” ryokan experience. I would not hesitate to come back or recommend it to others.

Nice traditional room with awesome baths. The outdoor baths could be a bit warmer though. But that’s just my personal opinion :)
