"Arrived around 6pm. Given room key without any directions. Room located on 3rd floor. Had to use stairs. I’m 74. Asked where to park, told in the back. My room was at the absolute opposite end of the hotel from the back. Had to wander back and forth down endless hallways, Room looked like it was used for odds and ends. Mattress was not comfortable. ONLY SAVING GRACE FOR THIS HOTEL WAS A LOVELY, STAFF WOMAN WHO MANAGED THE BREAKFAST BUFFET. I asked EMILIA if she liked working there. She...

"I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the convenient early and late opening hours. However, my son was bitten multiple times on his arms, back, and legs by a large insect or mosquito. Despite moving our room, the damage was already done. They requested that I send pictures to the manager, but I never received a response. I wish they had done more to put me at ease, but overall, I had a pleasant stay with a hot shower and a super comfortable bed. "

"Check in was easy, nice that they offer EV chargers in the parking garage. Room was average, little dirty on the walls and the dresser was broken. Beds were ok and breakfast was average. "

"A lovely hotel just on the edge of a very cool trendy area with lots of restaurants etc. Felt very safe. Staff were all wonderful, very helpful and conscientious."
