Beautiful hotel, parking is available but limited with very tight spaces and on a hill so be aware if you have a larger vehicle. Spa was lovely, staff were amazing, room was spacious. We didn't pay for a sea view, so our view was out onto a very run down and filthy roof top which made it feel more like being in the middle of a deprived city area rather than beautiful seaside resort. It didn't affect our stay, but worth knowing if you're planning a romantic getaway.

The room was clean and spacious the food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great place to chill out but you need to be mobile or have a car. As we holiday in Port Isaac annually we knew the hotel and its location as we had dined there a number of times. We were curious about the accommodation and this was a great place to do nothing and spoil ourselves. We would not hesitate to return.

I stay in a lot of hotels with my work trips and this is one of the best if not the best place to stay. From the moment you arrive you are welcomed with a warm, helpful and happy check in. All the staff are extremely polite and go out of their way to make your stay as relaxing and pleasent as possible. We stayed in the game room as a family of two adults and two children. Great location. Walking distance to the town and loads of beaches. Cindy is such a friendly, warm, kind lovely lady! And Ashley was just as friendly. The room was tidy and clean, there were shower gel/shampoos/towels and tea/coffee and snacks there on arrival. My daughters loved the pool table in the room and we had fun. We had breakfast two mornings and the food was lovely. Lots to choose from and was cooked beautifully....

This is a great place to stay, the room we booked was a family room and had a king size and two singles plus a sofa and table in the living area so lots of room. The bathroom had a bath and excellent separate shower. The staff were really friendly and the pub itself busy with great food at attractive prices. An excellent cooked breakfast was also included, all for just over £100. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stay here again.
