"Great lake view. Very helpful staff. Superb location near Villa Carlotta and the mid-lake pier. The food at the restaurant was excellent.The only down-side was that on checking out at 6 am we had to use the emergency exit."

"Lovely hotel and grounds. We had a room on the 3rd floor with two balconies affording us stellar views of the mountains and lake. The rearward facing balcony was quiet and peaceful. "The location was absolutely perfect! The room could defintely use some updating - especially the electrical plugs. However, any issues that we had were small, pretty cosmetic and the staff were warm and welcoming. The location again made all the issues small."

Quiet area.... not a huge selection of restaurants within easy walking distance but we did find a couple of little gems

People lovely in hotel and surrounding area limited walking after meal very few shops good location for ferries..... overall and apart from the accident an Ok stay .
