"Good food options nearby, accessible by a number of U- and S-Bahn trains and busses, and not that far from the city center. For a last minute option for the Berlin Marathon weekend, it was affordable and I was happy with the room. Clean, decently sized, and reasonably priced. Staff was also very helpful when I locked myself out of my room. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. "

"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in.
