"Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money"

I reported Saturday morning to the first shift front desk clerk about the toilet seat being loose, but I was told that I would have to change rooms. We had a conference to attend so we had to go. "For the price, the room was starting to show wear: peeled off wallpaper in a corner of the bedroom area, rust-ringed shower drain and faucet. The property has crowded parking and now charges $10 a day to park. Pluses: friendly staff, convenient location, great breakfast, and a nice outdoor pool."

"This hotel is in a great location, a lot of options that are walkable which is good because it’s a pain to get your car out. The valet staff are good it’s just hard to get in and out and there’s not much room for parked cars. The lobby is located on the 13th floor where the bar is, and while that has great views and it’s a fun atmosphere it’s not a great place for the lobby. Usually I stop by on my way out and use the amenities or ask questions but it’s not on way out and it’s inconvenient....

"The dining room and bar set-up were very misleading. It is obvious by the looks of both the dining room and bar that there at one time were both a full breakfast bar and a full cocktail bar. When I called back in January of '26, a lady at the front desk asdured me that they served breakfast. The day after I arrived, I went down for breakfast but was tod by a staff member that they "never served breakfadt". B.S.! She flat out lied to my face. Other than that, my stay was mostly fine. "Parking was great. The facility was very humid and poorly ventilated in the bathrooms. However, staff was helpful when we requested additional items. The breakfast staff were awesome and handled additional requests with no issue. The night manager was also very nice and accommodating during check-in."
