"Everything smelled wet and moist. The hallways were warm and it was hard to open the door because the carpet installed was swelling or something so had to drag the door over that carpet. The hosts we initially spoke with were very pleasant though. For the money I would advise going somewhere else."

"I called the place and tbe phone didn’t answer so we went to the place and my brother tried calling there after we asked the staff if the phone works and it didn’t ring! I proceeded to ask her to give me a good number to call form there and gave me her own phone number instead! She said she’ll give me a call back the next day but didn’t! And still trying to call and email them!"

"While the hotel was clean and well kept the other services were less than expected. We have stayed at Drury Inns over the last 15 years. Use to look forward to kick back meal after long days traveling. This has become very disappointing. About the only thing I will eat is the hot dogs and even that was stale buns and shriveled hot dogs. The free cocktails went from 3 to 2. Cutting all the perks so no longer a good value for your money ."

"When we arrived we parked in front of the entrance to check-in and to unload luggage . A shuttle driver appeared behind our car blasting his horn. I asked him what was the problem ; he just blasted his van horn and drove away. The receptionist said “Move your car”. I replied we were checking in . He just said again , in an imperious tone, “Move your car.” No explanation !! When we got to our room, the tv had the wrong remote, so you couldn’t use the tv. "Do not stay at this hotel. My daughter spent one night and was bitten by bedbugs. You read that right: bedbugs! When she informed the hotel, they demanded that she produce photos of the bedbugs, which was extremely rude and disrespectful, especially since they could see the bites on her ankle and how painful it was.
