"I always stay here at this particular hotel, when in Munich. It’s near the airport, but in a small town setting. Staff is always welcoming and accommodations superior. Cold AC and awesome shower! Walkable to restaurants and shopping, with lots of choices. There is an excellent on sight restaurant and bar for your comfort. "

"We love the Wunderlocke! This is our second stay, in apartments with a different layout than last time, and we were perfectly comfortable and pleased with the accommodations. As I've mentioned before in my last review, the only area of improvement - - and it's small but important - - is that they add shower curtains. The bathrooms are modern and adequately equipped, but the shower is wide open and the entire bathroom floods, no matter how careful you are about angling the shower head. "

"Stayed here with friends whilst visiting Munich for Oktoberfest. Would definitely recommend this place if looking for a cheaper place that’s a bit further out of the city (10-15 min walk to nearest U/S-Bahn station then 10ish minutes to the centre e.g Marienplatz). Rooms were very clean, the beds were comfy. Only really interacted with staff at check in due to being out often and checking out very early but they were very friendly and helpful.
