"The rooms were clean and the air conditioning flowed very well. The only thing I would suggest is have housekeeping to come and clean the rooms earlier. "

"I booked our stay there because it was close to the venue we were attending and I am so glad we did because it was storming the day of the event and the hotel was close enough to go back and forth and the parking deck was right there as well. If you are attending the cocoa cola roxy venue I recommend this hotel. "

"Breakfast had no protein options at all. Pet fee was excessively expensive. After booking a nonrefundable room we received an email notifying us that they recently started charging for parking so that added on to the trip cost. The price for 1 night stay was way more than the property warranted. "

" Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. I booked a trip for his birthday. I do recommend that you add the birthday package for an additional $50. It was amazing. All the staff was really nice and kind. The cleaning staff was very patient and the food was delicious."

"I was glad the room we stayed in had an actual working Ethernet port. Since the WiFi was a bit sluggish. Was here on a business trip. "

"Started off rocky, the room they gave me my card wouldn’t work because come to find out it was guest still in there. The gentleman at the front desk helped me right away and upgraded my room for free. Loved that, he is the only thing about this staff I give 5 stars to and he was the only one working that night apparently. Now the downside is the room, it was not fully cleaned well. There were what looked like cigar insides between the bed and night stand, and some on the phone. I also didn’t...

"Front desk staff unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate simple request to avoid having to change rooms for a 2 night stay. Ultimately paid for upgrade and opted not to upgrade after seeing the room and staff refused to refund the upgrade charge. Won’t be back!"
