"This place was a flat-out dump. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I called to inform the front desk that my room was dirty, the man who answered didn't care. He even told me that management would do nothing about it. The room was dirty--dirty and damp towels, no comforter on the bed, trash (a woman's fake fingernail) in the windowsill, cockroaches. DO NOT STAY HERE. You'd be better off sleeping in your car. Seriously. I don't know how this place passes health inspections. The...

"Even though we were staying at the hotel, they charged us $10.00 to park because there was a home baseball game with the Braves that night. They said it was for event parking. The stadium was over 15 miles away. A total rip off Would drive further or stay at another brand, even though we are Hilton club members."

"If going to Truist Park, this location is perfect. The walk is a little hilly but very doable and you avoid parking cost. The hotel is wonderful. Large room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. We used the fridge for leftovers/drinks and it was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The pool was not open, and no notification was sent out. That was one of the main reasons I booked this location, second the staff was not very helpful nor accessible at all times. Toilet paper was poor quality, breakfast was mediocre and also ran out very quickly. The towels were full of lint. The overall quality of the stay just was not pleasant. Will not be staying here again especially not for that price !"
