"Overall, the property has a lot to offer- popcorn, breakfast, light evening meal. However the room didn't offer a shower cap, lotion which are basic."

"Property is old and run down, the lobby is very nice; but the rooms you can tell have seen some wear and tear. Our bedroom lamps were broken and being held up with black tape; the fridge barely cooled, microwave was in poor condition, the shower head was broken and shower curtain all tattered and ripped. Not was I was expecting from a Hampton."

"We booked a room with 2 queen beds and one had a definite imprint where someone had been sitting as if watching TV. Also, I did not feel safe in this hotel."

"The pool was not open, and no notification was sent out. That was one of the main reasons I booked this location, second the staff was not very helpful nor accessible at all times. Toilet paper was poor quality, breakfast was mediocre and also ran out very quickly. The towels were full of lint. The overall quality of the stay just was not pleasant. Will not be staying here again especially not for that price !"

"The room really needed updating, painting and cleaning. The carpet was filthy. We kept our socks on at all times. The couch was ancient and dirty. Beds were comfortable, the only plus of the stay."

"The property was nice, I wouldn’t recommend if you’re pulling a trailer. I would stay again it was quiet. Some of things could use an upgrade. I stayed on the lower level and wasn’t able to connect to Wifi"

"There were multiple trash can that were full in each of the hallways and no associate took it out, some repairs need to be done to the facility like new doors and paint for the walls."

"Quiet and convenient"

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the experience was negative. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and treated me as if I had done something wrong. I was spoken to harshly and felt embarrassed by the way I was treated in front of other guests. The atmosphere around the property was chaotic, with people arguing, babies crying, and a general sense of disorder. Rather than feeling welcomed, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout my stay. The room...

"I did not stay there, even trying to get in was dirty. I just get out and diside to go to another hotel. Also, the type of people and the way they look at us was very uncomfortable. I don’t stay not 10 mins and just get out."

"You have to request to clean your room. At my 3rd day I asked about clean service because they didn't tell me I had to request it. At the gym : One treadmill was not working and the other one frequently stops"
