"The air condition in the room was not functioning properly it's a little bit hot even though we adjusted it. So we end up calling the front desk. The washroom door was not locking properly. The fridge was not cold enough."

The complimentary airport shuttle is a valuable amenity, and the guest rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with a large wall‑mounted television. Staff members were welcoming and courteous throughout my stay. The only drawback is that the parkade is not directly connected to the hotel, requiring guests to walk outside to access it."

"This hotel is set up for families and they do it well. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were there for a hockey tournament and the location was perfect. The only minor thing is we would have liked to see the breakfast opens at 6:30 on the weekends. But otherwise wonderful stay!"
