Deserves 6 stars. One of best 3 hotel stays in last 30 years. Rooms - spacious, clean, comfortable, great bathrooms. Excellent mattress, good pillows, soft duvet. Loved my stay here and definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The pool is warm, heated around 26-30 degrees (c). As a guest there are discounts for spa treatments and complimentary activities such as yoga or wine tasting available. Location is great for access to MTR, Ladies market and shopping, and plenty of food options.

We recently stayed at the Kowloon Shangri-la and had a mixed experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. This was our second stay at The Hari after having an issue with a visa. We returned and the staff were very helpful. If you can get breakfast included we would recommend as not many options in surrounding area. We used the A11 bus from the airport which stops 2 minutes away

Overall, the hotel is really nice. Rooms are spacious and well furnished and the beds are very comfy. No issues during our stay whatsoever and the location is pretty good too. Close to a lot of coffee shops and food places nearby. The only thing I wish the room had is a decent sized mirror in the room whilst getting ready.

What a fabulous hotel - we had a club city / sea view. The hotel room was incredibly clean and the staff were very attentive. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends & family. On paper the only downside would be there is no MTR station nearby, in reality we caught a taxi from Kowloon Station which cost approximately 60 HKD. I know the hotel has a shuttle bus service but it’s only to the Kowloon line which goes in to China, it would be nice if that service was extended to Kowloon so...

Even though this a relatively small boutique hotel the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and although we were in a busy location the room was still quiet and felt like a haven away from the bustle. We would definitely stay there again.

We have visited JW MARRIOTT HK to celebrate our return to Hong Kong after 20 years and at the same time celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary . This is a great hotel to stay when travelling to Kowloon. they serve a very good breakfast every morning, with both European and Asian choices. The location is brilliant, being only a 5 minute walk to the Star Ferry terminal, and minutes form great shopping malls , major stores, hundreds of eateries and many bars. Excellent as always! I wouldn't consider using another similarly priced hotel in Causeway Bay as Lanson Place is just the perfect place for a biz trip stay. No doubt you can get cheaper, but LP is the tops for style and comfort.

Everyone was lovely and polite the couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was in a great location and you can go to the restaurants along the water in 30 seconds, there’s a 7-11 and Starbucks and McDonald’s all within 3 minutes. The standout attraction of Mira Moon is its refreshingly alternative décor. It's a million miles away from the décor you would usually expect from mid to high end hotel chains it's much more boutique and individual and my wife and I really liked that fact. Stayed in Eaton for 16 nights. Staffs were lovely and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Will stay here again in the future.
