Reasonable price Enjoyed hotspring, Sauna, Kids room, and swimming pool with my 2 year old kid. Room is very big and comfotable. C/in took about 30mins, recommend arrive at the property before 3PM or after 4PM.

This resort is in the mountain area. It took about 20-30 min driving on mountain roads to get there. The resort is big and has everything you need. I got a family room and it was huge! The room has a big bathtub and living room area. There is also a small kitchen sink and countertop which is convenient. There is a hot spring which is free to all guests. The water park for kids has a fee but I think that’s acceptable. Overall I’m satisfied with this resort and would recommend it to families with small children. The only downside is that it’s an older property so the furnitures look old (but they are clean). The lighting of the room is also quiet dim. The staff are friendly and helpful. I asked for extra pillows at midnight (the ones in the room were too soft) and they delivered them to us without problem.

Hidden costs

Requested a toddler bed as advertised as free when I booked the room. It wasn’t provided and when I asked for it I was told that it would be an additional ¥8990. Pool advertised is also a hefty additional charge

Best Service ever. our 18 mths old child developed fever when we were on the way to the hotel. could not find any open hospital so we just wanted to try our luck to go straight to hotel and ask for help. they told us its better to ring ambulance when we arrived, also offered us to ring ambulance on our behalf, due to our limited Japanese. a manager (I assumed) even asked one of their staff to go outside to direct the ambulance on their entry. while we were waiting for the ambulance, they gave us ice pack to cool my child. Can't thank them enough for what they have done to our family.

部屋が広くて快適だった 食事は美味しく頂きました　連泊だったので メニューが同じで残念でしたが　こやは仕方のない事です。ホテルの外は森なので 散歩するしかなかったです　ちょっと退屈でしたが　周りの景色は山々に囲まれて綺麗でした。温泉も気持ち良く頂きました。

各担当のスタッフ皆さんの対応良し、気持ちよく行けました。 外国の方が多いですが、全く問題ありません。 こちらから話しかけてあげると笑顔で対応いただけて、楽しかったです。 何よりウエルカムコーヒーとソフトクリーム（バニラとストロベリー）サービスが本当に嬉しかったです。（時間制限ありで、14時ぐらい〜16時30分） 到着して、一息つける有難いサービスです。 朝食は種類も多く、全てが美味しい。 野菜新鮮。 ライブキッチンでのおにぎりは具も豊富で本当に美味しい。 まて、同じくライブキッチンのハンバーガーは、自分なりにのアレンジが出来て、これまた美味しい。 朝食は100点満点。レベルは高いです。 温泉は、露天風呂ありサウナありで、ゆっくり入れます。 ロッカーもあるので、ルームキーや貴重品も安心です。 部屋はどこも広い。 ロックアイスも無料で、部屋飲みも楽しめます。 最後に、屋上には必ず行って欲しいですね。 夜、晴れていれば満天の星空が見えます。 流れ星も意外と見れますよ。 昼は昼で、北軽井沢を一望出来ます。 何しろ気持ちがいい！の一言。 ということで、年に数回は行きたいホテルです。

すこし部屋の匂いが気になったので、全室に24時間換気はあるべきかと思います。全体的に設備更新の時期で難しいと思いますが換気は優先すべき事項かと思います。

周囲は静かで、ホテル内設備も、十分備わっていて、ホテル内で終日、ゆっくり過ごせます。 特に、ドリンクサービスなど、滞在者へのサービスは充実していて、とても満足です。

予約した部屋よりも広い部屋にグレードアップしていただき子連れとしてはとても助かりました。部屋も綺麗でした。 家とは違う空間に子どもも大喜びでした！ プールに二日間とも入りましたが、値段が少々気になりました。 でも施設の維持を考えると仕方ないのかな？ プールから上がってそのままお風呂へ直行できる近さは最高でした！ 部屋風呂に入りましたが広いです！ カビ臭さなどはないものの、カビが少し気になりました。 小さい子どもがいると大浴場より部屋風呂で済ますのが楽だったりするのでもう少しきれいだと嬉しいです。 外出中にゴミとタオルを交換しにきていただきましたが外出から戻るとゴミを集めた袋がカウンターに置きっぱなし（忘れ？）で気になりました。

軽井沢駅からの無料シャトルバスがとてもありがたかった。家族連れが多かった。 朝、夕とブュッフェスタイルでの食事ができたので、とても満足でした。 部屋のWi-Fiがちょっと遅く、動画が頻繁に止まりました。
