"Biggest complaint is charging $30 a day to keep my car on property . It’s not fair I pay over $200 a night and my car should be included not charge the guest more money . Their parking is used as a business for other cars not guests but residents paying to park there but the guest it should be free "

"We had a good stay overall. The breakfast area was good. It had a decent selection of food and beverage. The staff were nice. And everything looks clean. The only thing I'd say is that we stayed for 3 nights and our room didnt get cleaned for 2 of the days we had to ask for more toilet paper and towels multiple times. We had to ask someone to come clean the room. We left for a whole day and came back and no one came to clean the room. When we brought it to their attention they said someone came up but the trash cans were still full, no new towels, and beds not made. Then when someone finally came to clean the room they only emptied the garbage cans. Other than that it was okay. Also the location wasnt the best. It was a bit hectic. Granted it's by the airport."

"Prefect for marathon week. 5min walk to Beachmont station for blue line into town. Revere beach is lovely. Nice italian bakery nearby for homemade pasta dishes. Would stay again. :D"

"On street parking with a pass from Winthrop Arms. Room was clean but not senior friendly (no grab bars near shower and had to step over side of tub to shower). Rooms are on second floor above restaurant. There isn’t an elevator. Walls are thin. No ice machine. Had to go to bar for ice. They had no objection. Pricey for area."

"Dated, basic, serves the purpose. Ventilation unnecessarily loud, no sound-protection between rooms/floors. Whole property needs a facelift but for an airport hotel with shuttle, it is what it is. Wildly overpriced."
