Property was clean. Beer price was expensive and when we asked for confirmation that the price was correct the bartender ignored us. We also paid for breakfast and on the Monday they told us jt was not available. Better to go out for breakfast.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary, and they decorated our room with rose petals and balloons — so sweet and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!

Oasis in Tulum

This hotel was a lovely oasis in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Tulum can be an exhausting city, and the Naay Tulum Hotel was a peaceful and lovely place to spend time. The staff would go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and it felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel.

Relaxing Vibe

This is a favorite place for me and my family. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop restaurant, and beautiful rooms with great amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in between downtown Tulum and the beach. The bike ride is a bit sketchy at night. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

A Favorite Stay

This is one of my favorite places to stay. The service here is great from the front desk all the way to the rooftop restaurant. I enjoy this place on solo trips and on trips with family and friends. The filtered water here tastes great and it's nice that you don't have to bother with plastic bottles.

Much of aldea zama is under construction but it was still such a cute area with lots of restaurants nearby and I can’t wait to see what it looks like completely developed

Nice hotel with close to local spots. Though, it was hard to find the hotel. Navigation first took me one way and then where it would tell you to turn it was blocked off and couldn't turn.

It is a beautiful small hotel. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast twice at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good. I'll definitively stay there again. Hard to find the hotel, since google maps takes you to streets with no car access. Lots of streets are for pedestrians only.

The property was beautifully kept and nicely decorated. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed many margaritas and morning coffees on the rooftop. We also rented bikes from the hotel to get to the beach and enjoyed walking the neighborhood. We felt very safe and well looked after. We will definitely be back!

My sister and I vacationed here for five nights. We were beyond pleased with the service, accommodations and rooftop pool and restaurant. We loved the quinoa bowl and key lime pie! The service at the restaurant was exceptional. Angel and Edmundo were fantastic. The room had everything we needed, including ice-cold AC! And the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging excursions and transportation to and from the Cancun airport. This location is very close to spas, restaurants and convenience stores. We loved Fitalicious and Lotuspa nearby. We plan to return for another vacation!

great price for last-min booking. lovely quaint boutique hotel. Ivan and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. food and drinks quality medium-good. not close to beach at all. taxi service $30-40 USD one-way to/from beach.
