So far the worst experience in Indonesia
the hotel is old, all the facility inside are almost broken, and the ants was everywhere. really bad experience there. and the battery of the AC is almost zero.

Menginap di narita hotel tulungagung cukup menyenangkan dan nyaman. Setiap ada acara ke tulungagung pasti saya ambil narita hotel utk tempat bermalam saya. Lokasinya yang di tengah kota memudahkan saya utk mengakses ke beberapa tempat yg menjadi tujuan saya datang ke kota ini.

Kolam ikannya sering bau. Kebetulan saya menginap 3hari 2malam di kamar 119 & 121. Selama 2 malam menginap, saat tengah malam kamar diatas 119 selalu berisik & saat saya komplain ke receptionist jawabannya adalah petugas sedang membersihkan kamar. seharusnya membersihkan kamar tidak pada jam tersebut. karena gaduh & mengganggu kenyamanan tamu. tapi hotel narita memberi fasilitas & kebersihan kamar diatas rata-rata. staff hotel membersihkan kamar dengan sangat detail.
