"My room was spacious, as was the gym which was also well-equipped. I really appreciated also that housekeeping did a cleaning each day. Breakfast was the usual fare but very clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. Definitely will stay here the next time in town."
"We walked into the room and first noticed muddy water on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet seat hanging half off. We tried to get our money back and the lady at the front desk said they couldn't do it. She didn't have the ability to do it so we stayed and and maintenance got their 3 hours later and fixed the toilet seat. Although it should have been completely replaced cuz it was in such poor shape. Would not stay there again"
"Our experience at this hotel was VERY disappointing from the start, with conditions getting worse the further our stay progressed The remodeling efforts seemed to be the root of some issues, including a parking lot littered with nails that unfortunately damaged one of my tire. Despite the hotel's claim of being dog-friendly, they lack grass on the premises. We were informed that our booking was non-refundable, which seemed inflexible. The room's air conditioning unit was mounted high on the wall, making it difficult to adjust without assistance. Uponcentering the room the carpets were dirty, grimey feeling, the bathroom tub showed significant rust on the knobs and spout and drain, which was particularly concerning given my partner's health situation. The room's cleanliness was a huge concern, with dirty bed sheets. Notably, the staff seemed absent, leaving us to deal with issues on our own, including a jammed door that took over 10 minutes to open after I became locked in. The lack of amenities such as TV wouldn't work no WiFi, than thin, cheap towels, we could have paid less down the road, this made for a really regrettable stay. Given these issues, I would strongly advise against recommending this hotel. They charged me for my service dog. Oklahoma law states they can ask one question, my dog had all her tags and miro chip. They BROKE THE LAW by charging me for our service dog! They demanded papers. I don't have to show papers!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!"
