"My room was not cleaned, I had a full garbage and stains around the rim of the toilet and trash under the table, I did notify day 1 and 2, was promised to be moved into a clean room and it was never done, I will never stay at this property again "

"My room was dirty. The carpet had stains, there was mold, the sheets had stains and holes. I didn’t use the jacuzzi the room came with because there were dirty streaks in it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The towels had stains on them. The cabinets had broken doors."

"Room was stinky smelled like bo , bed was super worn , door safety latch in room was missing , continental breakfast was terrible , just bread and frozen waffles . No fruit, yogurt etc "

"There were issues with the room and noise. The staff addressed some of the issues but was inconvenient"

"This hotel was ok for us. We got a king suite and the couch that was supposed to be a pull out into a double bed was insufficient. The room claims to sleep 4, but I don’t think they mean 4 adults. The “pull out” was not even a pull out but more of a couch where the cushions can be removed to create a “double bed”. The staff was accommodating. The pool is quite small. The continental breakfast was great."

"Good location, staff attentive, comfortable beds, clean. Would have been nice if a bottle of water was in the room. Breakfast sufficient. Laundry room was out of commission so that was a little disappointing for me. Other than that, I would stay there again if I was in the area"
