"This was a very unique property in the sense that it was large and can accommodate a large group. The decor was adorable, and a lot of attention to detail was apparent in how each room was decorated. I came away with some great ideas to redecorate my own home. This is also a great location if you were ever going do a little friends/family reunion because there are multiple houses to rent on a property. The landscaping was also very welcoming and beautiful. "

"Friendly and helpful staff, clean and airy room, comfortable bed, and nice towels. The shower had excellent water pressure. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which all smelled nice.
I would only suggest they oil the windows because the windows were a bit hard to slide open. The screens should be cleaned as well.
Otherwise, it was super enjoyable and we will DEFINITELY return at our next visit 😊🐻"
"We stayed in the hotel part of the location. (They have cabins also). The hotel secrion is right next to the lake. There is a dock to walk out on and take your paddle board out from.
2 blocks from the Village. Very nice hotel would stay there again. "
"They upgraded our room so we had lakefront with a balcony. The view is incredible. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean and no issues with hot or cold water as some others had experienced it. The staff are very nice and accommodating. It’s near The Village where all the shops are at. Highly recommended "

"What a joke! Expedia "overbooked" us at another unit. So, this cabin was the apparent cabin we were "upgraded" to due to the mix up. Expedia advised me they had spoken to the owners to guarantee the cabin was available. Well, guess what? When we arrived at 4pm with our tired children, melting food and tired feet, there were three men in our reserved cabin. They began to tell us they had this cabin for another night. It was booked!!! Again?? Really Expedia? I believe the owners knew they were...
"The cabin was very comfortable, well equipped and close to attractions.
Everything was there for us, hot tub, board games, great bunk beds.
We are looking forward to the next time we can stay at this at this cabin. We have been going to Big Bear for many years and this cabin was so much better that a hotel room."
