"The shower was dirty with hair, dirt and grime. The floor was unleveled where the carpet met the laminate floor. Very easy to stub toe. Fridge still smelled like the previous persons food. Walls were not sound proof, could hear almost everything from neighbors. The beds were nice and not squeaky."

"The hotel is all dark from inside,
We stayed one night, we arrived earlier like noon time and they wanted to charge us $50 or 75 for early check in. I never heard of that
The room smells, not sure if the carpet itself or something else
The staff are ok but not welcoming
The breakfast area was tight and not appealing
I’ll look for another hotel if I stay there in the future"

"The beds were so high I wasn't able to get on. I hesitated to drink anything in fear to have getting off the bed and I'd have try to get on the bed. Being handicapped this was not the appropriate room due to have the bed so high and the staff was aware. Then the toilet was so low that I felt I was going to fall and there were no rails to grab hold. The back of my thighs hurt because of the toilet seat was very uncomfortable."
