"The only problem with our stay was valet parking only. You had to "call" for car , which was actually very speedy and easy, but kind of limited us from just feeling free to go. The staff was amazing and very accommodating! The hotel itself was very clean and interesting to see the old vaults. I will be staying again when I come to my favorite city to see the best Team ever! "Fabulous little place to stay while in Pittsburgh. Quiet, beautiful patio/outdoor space, nice breakfast and parking was convenient. We walked a lot and it was easy to get to the sport’s arenas and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid"

"Pros: cRoom was clean and nice size. Kitchen had everything we have it at home except for food. Bed was very comfortable. Staff and valet were very helpful. We arrived to town early and were checked in at 1pm which was nice, because we wanted to walk to the NFL draft. "Ive never stayed at a hotel with valet parking before. Parking situations tend to make me anxious and I had no idea what to expect. We pulled up and a guy came right over and talked to us.
