"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms.
Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "

"We were made to feel so welcome here and would love to stay again. The hosts were wonderful, so friendly and made this an unforgettable stay in an incredibly beautiful location. Would highly recommend!"
