"This hotel is an easy walk from the Kasai station for trains and buses. The beds were firm but comfortable by local standards. Breakfast was good too. There are unlimited dining and shopping options very close by. Staff were kind and helpful."

"Room was clean and staff was courteous.
Breakfast included, good clothes washer and dryer.
Only complaint was the smaller toilet seat.
Probably the smallest I've used in Japan.
Otherwise a very good hotel and the local food options were very good as well."

"The room was clean, the staff was amazingly friendly and helped us when we checked in with the itinerary and amenities. They explained to us the cleaning and towel instructions and we got the breakfast so they explained that as well. They helped us with Yamato luggage service for our suitcases. The bfast was fantastic with a different variety every day. The area was quiet and nice with the Tozai station only being a 5 minute walk which was super convenient. There was also a seven-11 and family mart less than 2 min walk. The rooms are a bit tight and the carpet is stained but overall great hotel!"
