"The staff is very helpful and accommodating.When we first arrived the A/C in our room was not cooling well. We were moved to another room. The hotel manager was very helpful and took control of the situation. We were more than happy to have dealt with Mr.Faraz. Breakfast has good selection and they make your eggs to order.The hotel is close to many attractions as well as the hop on hop off buses.They also have convenient parking at their premises. Don’t use the yellow bus. The hotel is modern with lots of younger crowd. They have a disk-jockey on certain nights. Again thank you Mr. Faraz."

"The hotel itself was great. Very clean. Room was perfect for me and my wife. Small washroom, but clean and modern. Cafe downstairs was great for starting your day. But the hotel staff were not very knowledgeable about the area or amenities and it was frustrating at times... depending who you spoke with. The area itself is okay but it is the financial district so not a lot of 'culture' if that is what youre looking for. Very safe and very clean and quiet. It is only about a 15 min ride from some really cool areas though, ie Bario Alto. Train and bus stops were right outside so going anywhere was easy."
