"Just got back from 3 nights at the Lakeside Hotel. Beautiful hotel and the scenery Lakeside is amazing. So peaceful and so nice to retreat to after a day in places like Bowness. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Food was excellent. A perfect trip and we will be back."

"I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful host who showed me to my room and told me about the events of the coming weekend. The pub website says that it can be noisy because they have late night events but up on the second (or was it third floor) it was actually fairly quiet even with the Pride ..."
